Thomas, unless otherwise stated.  If you are a parent, homeschooling, or teaching in a public, private, or charter school then you are probably allowed to save, print, and distribute these documents after registering with the partnership (as stated on the copyright policy page).  Registration is free and you'll be given the option of staying up-to-date as new resources become available.
